This journey involved the creation of his own organization with the purpose of delivering the highest quality and safest performance in the industrial electrical contracting arena. Val Dubak — joined by his son Nick in 1995 — have together, along with their team, developed a national reputation in the merit shop and industrial construction trades as a group who can execute the most complex of projects within very tight and pressing timelines. Upon the founding of Dubak Electrical, our field performance, proven expertise, and dependability in the industrial sector are the components that have flourished Dubak Electrical into the high performing organization which it has evolved and developed into. Today, Dubak Electrical management resources are fully integrated.
